Our hotel is located in a dynamic neighborhood, just steps away from Toulouse's largest concert hall, the Zénith, and the eco-district of La Cartoucherie, a real hub of life, culture, and gastronomy with the “Hall  de la Cartoucherie”. 

Our hotel provides the comfort of a 3-star hotel and welcomes you for business or leisure stays. Enjoy  our 19 comfortable, quiet, air-conditioned rooms. 

16 Comfort Rooms, 2 Junior Suites, 1 Suite, all of which come with an en-suite bathroom with tub or shower, a workspace, a television,  and a courtesy tray. 

A continental breakfast or buffet service is available at an additional  cost. 

Our hotel also offers free private parking enclosed parking lot, a meeting room, a bar, and the option to dine in your room or in our training restaurant;

Our establishment welcomes you in a pleasant and relaxing setting, not far from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport Airport,  the MEETT convention Center  and Toulouse Purpan University Hospital, just minutes from the city center. From the hotel, use public transportation to access the airport, shops, or the history center of Toulouse

Metro Line A (Arènes station) is a 15-minute walk or a five minute tram ride to les Arenes. or with Tram T1 or  Linéo 2 

If you are driving, take the A620, which is the Toulouse loop, and take the #29 exit to Purpan. Then follow signs to Zenith, Lycee Hotelier
